Transcode/Import Canon XF200 MXF to ProRes MOV for Final Cut Pro 6/7/X

I shot footage using the Canon XF200. When I import the  .mxf footage into FCP X, I found the FCP X cannot handle the  MXF files well, and some the footage looks washed out and the preview  is loggy.
