How to import Panasonic/Canon/Sony MXF to Pro Tools with keep the original audio?

How does one get Pro Tools to import MXF video? Does this require the CPT2? According to the Avid page http://www.avid.com/US/products/family/Pro-Tools   Pro Tools 11 has MXF file exchange, but when I tried to import MXF video (which was created in a PT HD system) Pro Tools told me I needed to have the Avid Video engine installed. Can anyone shed light on this?

Pro Tools is a digital audio workstation for Microsoft Windows and OS X, developed and manufactured by Avid Technology. As I know the Pro Tools can Play HD video with the new Avid Video Engine. With the built-in Avid Video Engine—the same core engine as in Media Composer—you can add and play a variety of HD video formats (such as QuickTime, XDCAM, and more) and Avid DNxHD sequences directly in the Pro Tools timeline—without transcoding. And it doesn’t support playing MXF natively. If a Panasonic P2, Sony XDCAM, Canon XF user wants to play the recorded MXF video with QuickTime on Pro Tools, what he needs is a professional MXF Video Converter.

So if you want to edit MXF Videos in Pro Tools 9, Pro Tools 10, Pro Tools 11, you are recommended to use MXF Converter(Windows & Mac ). It does not only convert MXF to Quicktime MOV or AVID MOV on Mac, but also keep the original audio.
